Property Room Evidence Room Managers are responsible for all evidence and property received by the Sheriff's Office in the course of providing services to Warren County. All items received are logged into the facility and stored in preparation for Deputies to use in any up-coming trials and /or legal procedures. Property Room Evidence Room Managers are also responsible for obtaining court destruction orders for any evidence or property that cannot legally be returned to the public such as drugs and other contraband.
Property to be released to the public is by appointment only. Photo ID is required for the release of all property. Weapons recovered from protection orders will only be released with a court order.
